Every number you type into the calculator on the home page is processed entirely in your own browser using JavaScript. None of it — your age, balances, contributions, or spending — is ever sent to a server, stored in a database, or seen by anyone running this site. The only thing that changes is the page's own URL, which is updated to encode your inputs so you can copy and share a link to a specific scenario if you choose to.
This site may use privacy-focused analytics or a standard web analytics service to understand aggregate traffic (for example, how many people visit and which pages are popular). This data is anonymized or pseudonymous and is not linked to the financial figures you enter into the calculator, which never leave your browser.
If this site displays advertising (for example, through Google AdSense), the advertising provider may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your browser settings or by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
